Dry Brushing

Daily Dry Brushing before you shower or bath aides in circulation and detoxification.  Start from the bottom of your foot using long even strokes dry brush to your waist going all along from the front of your legs and back; once that is completed raise your arm upwards and do long even strokes downward to your waist.  You could buy a dry brush at a local health food store, drugstore or department store.  Never wet the dry brush and clean it with baking soda every so often.
